Classification of masks
Masks to improve hair growth and increase hair density are divided into:
- nutritious - enhance the supply of nutrients to the hair follicles;
- stimulating - irritating effect on the scalp, thereby accelerating hair growth.
Nourishing masks
The composition of nourishing masks mainly contains vegetable oils. The best result is obtained by using burdock, olive and castor oils. It is enough to do oil masks once every 7-9 days to get excellent results. But such masks are washed off very badly.
Also, nutritious masks are prepared with eggs, cosmetic clay, kefir, yogurt, honey, bananas, black bread, yeast.
Stimulating masks
Stimulating masks are most often prepared with mustard, peppers, and onions. Masks with oils

Mask with oils and lemon juice
Combine coconut oil (40 grams), jojoba oil (40 grams), lemon juice (5 grams), cognac (1 teaspoon) and mint essential oil (4 drops). Apply to scalp, wrap with a towel and leave for 1 hour. Rinse off with shampoo.
Oil and honey mask
Stir avocado oil (20 grams) with olive oil (20 grams), egg white and honey (20 grams). Spread the mixture onto damp hair. Leave it on for 10 minutes and remove with shampoo.
Castor oil mask
Castor oil is great for nourishing hair. It is suitable for all types of hair.
- Rub the oil into the roots of your hair. Wrap your head. After half an hour, wash off with conditioner and then shampoo.
- Use the mask 1-2 times a week.
Burdock honey mask
Burdock oil is the most valuable for hair. It nourishes hair with nutrients, strengthens hair follicles and prevents hair loss.
This recipe is effective.
Mix burdock oil with natural honey (1 teaspoon), cognac (1 teaspoon) and yolk. Spread the mask over the entire length of the hair. Wrap your head with cellophane and a towel. After an hour, wash off with shampoo.

Burdock mask with Dimexidum
Buy Dimexide at the pharmacy. It will disinfect the skin and enhance the effect of all the ingredients in the mask.
- To prepare a mask, mix burdock oil (40 grams) with an oil solution of vitamins A and E (2 teaspoons) and lemon juice (1 teaspoon).

Masks with honey

You can substitute honey for sugar.
For the best effect, stir the yeast with water and let it ferment for 20 minutes, and then add the rest of the ingredients.
Honey yeast mask with milk
Take milk (100 grams), yeast (2 teaspoons) and honey (3 teaspoons). Mix everything and leave in a warm place for 1 hour. Rub the mask into the roots of your hair. After an hour, remove the mask with vinegar or herbal decoction.
Honey and cognac mask

Honey lemon mask

Fermented milk products
For masks, you can take yogurt, kefir, whey or yogurt. Fermented milk products contain a variety of nutrients, including calcium and vitamins B and E. Calcium strengthens brittle hair, vitamin E helps to moisturize and soften hair, and protects against free radicals.

Kefir mask
Used for oily hair.

Kefir and egg mask

Onion-kefir mask
Combine onion juice and kefir in a 1: 4 ratio. Rub into scalp for half an hour. Rinse off with water without shampoo.
Oil-kefir mask
Mix kefir (4 tablespoons) with yolk and olive or burdock oil (1 tablespoon). Apply the mask to washed, wet hair for an hour. Rinse off with water and shampoo.
Bread and kefir mask
Stir kefir (half a glass), brown bread (200-300 grams) and castor oil (1 tablespoon). Spread the mixture on wet hair. After half an hour, remove the mask using water and shampoo.
Honey and kefir mask
Heat kefir (half a glass), but not to a boil. Pour in warmed peach oil (1 tablespoon) and honey (1 teaspoon). Add potato starch or flour (40-60 grams) to thicken the mask. Keep on hair for about 1 hour. Rinse with shampoo and rinse with conditioner.
After such a mask, the hair will gain strength and softness.
Gelatin masks
Gelatin, due to the presence of proteins in it, is an excellent component for masks. Therefore, it gives the hair extra strength, accelerates its growth and adds volume.
Gelatin mask with shampoo

Clay masks

Melon mask

Tomato mask
Grind the tomatoes with a grater. Massage the puree into the scalp for 20 minutes.

Fruit mask with glycerin

Fruit mask with honey
For oily hair, use the previous mask, but replace glycerin with honey.
Pelargonium mask

Masks with nuts

Almond mask

Aloe masks
Mask with aloe juice and honey
Combine aloe juice, onion juice, honey, almond or burdock oil and a decoction of burdock in a ratio of 1: 1: 1: 1: 2. Apply the mask to your hair and wrap your head with a towel for 50-60 minutes. Remove with water without shampoo.
